Best of Dubai – FARM FRESH AND LOCAL
FLAVOUR FIELDS

Location
Galleria Mall Al Wasl Road
Food
Great selection of fresh, locally sourced, often organic, vegetarian, vegan and non vegetarian food. Loved the felafels and all the salads! Yummy. Do try the beetroot ketchup!
Good to Know
There is a nice outside area to sit as well as inside. You must order at the counter though then sit at your table. I would definitely go again and I wish they had more branches.
The Aveda hair salon is also in same building. Please show Flavour Fields this review if you go.

Best of Dubai – ZANZIBARI FOOD EAST AFRICAN STYLE
Pili Pili Barbecue House

Location
Al Jaffiliya, near the big immigration building in Dubai, Oud Mehta side of town! A whole world away from Um Suqeuim! But it’s cool.
Food
Super authentic, Zanibari style dishes focusing on bbq style chicken and beef, some lamb but not much. Amazing cassava potato fries called Mogo, really good, shown in the feature picture above.
And you must try their very moreish spicy chips made with real potatoes! We also loved the salty drinks, very hydrating, like Salty Passion fruit and salted Tamarind. So they’re a bit like an electrolyte I think.
Good to Know
NOT a lot of choice for vegetarians here. Essential to book before hand!
Please show them this review if you go.
