What to eat at Al Fannah Seafood At Al Fannah Seafood, eat what they do best, so that’s prawns fry, fish grilled (or fried) and fish gravy. Salad and rice will come automatically. It’s very like Bu Qtair, but I think it’s a bit better. They also have dosas and other South Indian dishes on the menu, we haven’t tried these but do let us know if you try them.
