Roasted Cauliflower with Tzatziki
2 recipes in one for this roasted cauliflower with tzatziki post!
Have together or just eat the tzatziki on it’s own! Easy, very nutritious, has a Middle Eastern twist with the fresh zaatar and of course makes a perfect vegetarian main course.

Ingredients for Tzatziki
FOR THE ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
Simply break into florets and toss in a mix of salt, pepper, olive oil, turmeric and a little chilli if you like. I suggest about 1/4 tsp of all the spices and about 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Roast in an Air Fryer or in your oven till golden brown. Don’t cook it till it becomes soggy! If you like cauliflower but not gluten, you may like our very popular CAULIFLOWER BREAD recipe. Watch the You Tube of how to make it here.
