Chinese hot pot in Dubai is having a moment

What is a Chinese Hot Pot – Spicy broths fresh ingredients with warming flavours. The ultimate comfort meal with a social twist. Come with me and see how I like mine.

Twin, quadruple or even individual Chinese hot pot. You choose. I generally select the twin hot pot.Each section holds a different broth or soup base which is the medium for cooking your ingredients.Choose one side with a Tom Yum soup base – weird I know as it’s Thai not Chinese, but I highly recommend it.You need a mild contrast for the spicy classic Sichuan twin broth

Building your Chinese Hot Pot way of eating together.

But watch the cooking times of your ingredients, some take just a few seconds to cook

Twin Chinese Hot Pot or Quadruple

Tom Yum soup & Schezuan pepper soup bases – one mild one spicy

3 Different Proteins

Shrimps, fried tofu and thin lamb slices, different cooking times

Chinese Vegetables

Lotus root and black fungus mushrooms

The broth base is mainly the cooking medium and not designed to be had as a soup!
