La Baie, located at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, JBR, has announced the ultimate luxury ladies’ day, well sunset! La Baie is a cool lounge with direct pool access and views overlooking Ain Dubai. It’s located at the beginning of JBR, important to know for traffic!
This chic lounge is complete with private cabanas by the pool, a terrace and indoor seating. It’s got an opulent swim up serving area where you can get your cold beverages without getting out of the water! Accompanied by groovy tunes and good vibes, it’s a great way to start the weekend.

Some moody theatre depending on your vibe this weekend at the Courtyard DXB
Do check out some theatre this weekend depending on your mood, who’s going and which day you’re free! So Saturday sees a fabulous performance of the play Oleanna written by David Mahmet originally in 1992.
This is a 2 character drama centering around the evolution of interactions between a student and her uni professor. Many issues and problems are generated by miscommunication, political correctness, and what constitutes appropriate and inappropriate behaviour. Good Question, right?
So the themes around the play still resonate very strongly in our society today. I reckon it will generate a lot of discussion and food for thought. If Monday is when you’re free and you’re in a lighter mood then go along for some very funny improvised comedy sessions called This Is Impro and you the audience have a role in determining the themes around the comedy that’s presented! So go along, have a laugh or take the mic and make us laugh!
