3 ingredient pancakes
Bananas, Oats and Milk. That’s it. You want to make your 3 ingredient pancakes VEGAN? Then just use a nut milk, like almond or even oat milk. You want to make your 3 ingredient pancakes gluten free? Then use gluten free oats.

There are one or two other ingredients you need like oil for frying and a pinch of baking powder, but I’m assuming you have these in your pantry or larder. A bit of cinnamon adds to taste if you like it and for those with a sweeter tooth, drizzle on a bit of good quality maple syrup and or some açai.

Get the younger members of the family to have a go at making these pancakes. I’ve never made pancakes before and I loved this recipe and the result! Another Lockdown First for us! If you have a thermomix then you’re lucky, these will whiz up a few seconds!
