A rich, moist, gluten free chocolate cake recipe made without flour but with a magic ingredient : a can of kidney beans! You’ll be amazed at the taste. An EASY, NO COOK Paleo dessert recipe …that is slightly adapted from the original which comes from an Australian cooking forum. My super fit and uber health conscious neighbour from Melbourne (now in the Arabian Ranches) shared it with me and it’s brilliant. Soft, sophisticated Easy Belgian Chocolate Cake, in two easy mixtures…fool proof. Of course it doesn’t have to be Belgian Chocolate, I used Swiss chocolate, which works just as well.
